Responsibility

  • Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor room occupancy and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and readiness of accommodations.
  • Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise front desk staff, providing training and guidance to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, reservations, and occupancy reports.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
