Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist guests with hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate and timely information about hotel amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and industry trends.
- Document customer interactions and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to enhance guest experiences.
- Adhere to company guidelines and performance metrics to achieve team and individual targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
