Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
