In this role, you will lead a team of Renewal Specialists to drive customer retention, optimize renewal performance, and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of Renewal Specialists to achieve customer retention and renewal targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to align renewal strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze renewal metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct customer outreach and negotiations to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in customer retention.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and renewal outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer retention, renewals, or account management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in call center, customer service, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
