Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Renewal Specialists to achieve customer retention and renewal targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to align renewal strategies with business goals.
- Analyze renewal metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct customer outreach and negotiations to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in customer retention.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and renewal outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer retention, renewals, or account management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in call center, customer service, or SaaS industries is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
