Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
