As a key member of our reservations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the first point of contact. Youāll manage bookings, coordinate with guests, and ensure seamless stays at our premium properties in Baliās most sought-after destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.

Responsibility
- Manage and process hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide personalized guest service, including handling inquiries, special requests, and modifications to bookings.
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and room availability in the property management system (PMS).
- Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, rates, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
- Assist in preparing daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Baliās tourism market and luxury hospitality standards is advantageous.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
