Responsibility
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, guest details, and billing information.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions with precision.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications.
