Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new hotel partners in Bali, focusing on high-potential properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and tech) to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance, tracking KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s hotel market, including trends, key players, and local business practices.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, sales tracking software, or similar platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to meet with potential and existing partners.
