Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed to ensure guest comfort.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow established safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpets, windows, and upholstery, as scheduled.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 15 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
