Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences in alignment with international hospitality standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins, dining services, and special requests, with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high service quality and professionalism.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and diplomatically to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, kitchen, front office) to deliver seamless, integrated service.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols in all operational areas.
- Assist in planning and executing events, VIP services, and special occasions to enhance guest engagement.
- Prepare reports on service performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager).
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering outstanding customer service in high-end hotels or resorts.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
