Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the front desk and valet services to manage guest transportation needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including luggage storage and bell carts.
- Assist with special requests, such as arranging tours, transportation, or delivering messages.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve minor issues promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room readiness and guest concerns.
- Uphold Holiday Innâs service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects our brandâs commitment to hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role (preferably as a Bellhop or Porter).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to lift and carry luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and cultural etiquette in Bali.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
