Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently during peak hours.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and cashier station.
- Assist with promotional activities, such as special events or loyalty program sign-ups.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, grooming, and adherence to restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess, cashier, or in a customer service role (hospitality industry preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional Italian or Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; POS system experience is advantageous.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and committed to delivering a positive guest experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
