Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations efficiently, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online bookings.
- Coordinate table seating to optimize guest flow and maximize dining capacity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Support the team during peak hours to maintain high service standards.
- Uphold Brunch Club Bali’s brand values and hospitality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality role (host/hostess, server, or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Bahasa) are advantageous.
