Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and committed to maintaining high personal hygiene standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management is advantageous.
