Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
  • Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and committed to maintaining high personal hygiene standards.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management is advantageous.
