Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems, providing receipts as needed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with restaurant policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferably in restaurants or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude with a guest-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
