Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role is a plus (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
