Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate dining reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person communications with clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain organized records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest interaction at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to guest needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a bonus.
