Responsibility
- Perform daily maintenance checks and repairs across resort facilities
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professional service
- Carry and operate heavy equipment safely within resort premises
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for special events
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and resort standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or similar technical role
- Strong physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Certification in technical/vocational training preferred
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
