Responsibility
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and diagnoses for patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Administer medications, perform minor medical procedures, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide palliative and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in home-based healthcare.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in home care or geriatric medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation.
