Responsibility
- Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during dialysis sessions.
- Operate and maintain hemodialysis machines and equipment.
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and dialysis procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment details accurately.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing.
- Strong knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
