Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in heavy machinery.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior mechanics when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with industrial pumps and heavy machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid certification in heavy equipment mechanics is a plus.
