Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and reduce denials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing and collection processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in revenue cycle management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle.
- Identify and resolve issues that impact revenue cycle efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and collections.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.
