Responsibility

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to medical and aesthetic standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, administrators, and support staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and enhance patient experience, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with medical directors and practitioners to introduce innovative treatments, services, and technologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support clinic objectives and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
