Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to medical and aesthetic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, administrators, and support staff to achieve peak performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and enhance patient experience, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with medical directors and practitioners to introduce innovative treatments, services, and technologies.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support clinic objectives and expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, team performance, and business growth in a medical or aesthetic setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build patient trust.
- Proficiency in clinic management software, financial tools, and CRM systems.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in developing and executing revenue-generating strategies.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
