Are you a customer service professional with a passion for healthcare? CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is looking for an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, now operating out of our Bali hub. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for patients, facilitating seamless scheduling and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong background in healthcare-related BPO accounts. You will be instrumental in managing high-volume scheduling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records with precision and empathy. Responsibility

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient scheduling calls with efficiency and care.
  • Coordinate appointments between patients and various healthcare providers to optimize clinical workflows.
  • Verify patient insurance information and ensure all intake documentation is accurate and compliant with privacy standards.
  • Resolve patient concerns regarding scheduling conflicts or service inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate logs of all patient interactions within our electronic health records (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high patient satisfaction ratings.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and HIPAA compliance protocols during all patient communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a healthcare BPO account (Patient Scheduling or Medical Appointment Setting).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and high-level problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Background in medical terminology or healthcare administration is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic team environment located in Bali.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
