Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries, claims, and payments.
- Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Process and verify patient information, insurance details, and billing data with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications
