Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to insurance policyholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
