Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and empathy in healthcare facilities.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, procedures, and facility navigation.
- Manage front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and administrative support.
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain smooth workflows and uphold high standards of service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Utilize basic healthcare software or systems for data entry and record-keeping.
- Adhere to confidentiality and compliance protocols in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work 5 days a week during office hours (flexible shifts may apply).
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
