Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.
- Provide HSE training, workshops, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental permits, waste management, and pollution control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and project planning.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, regulations, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE standards is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in HSE software, incident reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
