As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, including BPJS and other relevant certifications.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote awareness and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor environmental impact and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the company’s ecological footprint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE audits.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective HSE training programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
