Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, cross-platform social media strategy tailored to the luxury hospitality market.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team of content creators, videographers, and community managers.
- Define and maintain a unique, high-end brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global trends.
- Monitor social analytics, translate insights into actionable reports, and optimize strategies to drive ROI and engagement.
- Manage community growth initiatives and foster meaningful interactions with our diverse audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure social media initiatives align with broader business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury retail sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of growing social media communities and driving measurable engagement.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including algorithm updates, platform nuances, and emerging content trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing creative teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong aesthetic sense and proficiency in visual storytelling (video editing, photography, or design knowledge is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Badung, Bali.
