Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Sharia business unit, ensuring compliance with Islamic financial principles and regulations.
- Oversee the administration and operational processes of the Sharia business unit, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Sharia business unit, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Sharia-compliant financial products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sharia business unit, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure all financial transactions and processes adhere to Sharia principles and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, promoting our Sharia-compliant financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on Sharia-compliant financial products.
- Strong understanding of Islamic financial principles and regulations.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CIFA) is highly desirable.
