Responsibility

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize key HR metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems.
  • Design and implement HR analytics models to forecast workforce trends, turnover risks, and talent acquisition needs.
  • Automate HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, leveraging tools like SQL, Python, or R where applicable.
  • Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and best practices in HR analytics to continuously improve our systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems, or a similar data-driven HR role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
