Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global sales operations strategy to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve revenue generation across all markets.
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and monitor sales processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Distributor Network Management: Oversee the performance, compliance, and growth of distributor partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage sales analytics and KPIs to identify trends, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align operations with business objectives.
- CRM & Technology Enhancement: Spearhead the adoption and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce sales policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure ethical practices.
- Team Development: Mentor and upskill sales operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global or regional teams.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B or B2C sales models, preferably in international markets (APAC experience is a plus).
- Analytical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and sales automation tools.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence senior leadership and external partners.
- Process Improvement: Track record of designing and implementing scalable sales processes (e.g., lead management, pipeline optimization).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CSO, PMP) is advantageous.
