Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure aligned messaging and goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing a distributed team.
