Responsibility

  • Brand Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Sunfert’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email), content creation, and traditional advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Patient-Centric Campaigns: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with fertility patients, building trust and credibility.
  • Stakeholder & PR Management: Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and healthcare partners to enhance Sunfert’s reputation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing MarComm team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI on all initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, operations, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum 8+ years in marketing & communications, with 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or fertility sectors).
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong background in brand development, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Experience in medical, wellness, or fertility marketing is a strong plus.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for media, partners, and internal teams.
  • Creative & Adaptable: A problem-solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for storytelling.
