Responsibility
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of two-wheeler financing and cash loan sales in the Badung region.
- Portfolio Optimization: Oversee the quality of bookings and portfolio management to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and track the success of targeted marketing campaigns for financial products.
- Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and portfolio performance to drive decision-making.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of two-wheeler financing, cash loans, or multiguna (multi-purpose) financial products.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to exceed targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Local Market Expertise: Knowledge of the Bali (Badung) market dynamics is a strong plus.
