Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and the company’s proprietary e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CTR, ROI) to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand brand reach.
- Oversee content creation and product listings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-purchase experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or local marketplaces).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
