Responsibility
- Lead and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services, ensuring a flawless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Oversee reservations, room assignments, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with diplomacy, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations and guest delight.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, implementing improvements to service quality and operational workflows.
- Manage front office budgets, including payroll and operational expenses, while optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in front office management within luxury hotels or resorts, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Amadeus, or similar.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Demonstrated leadership in training, coaching, and developing staff to achieve service excellence.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
