Our organization is seeking a dynamic Head of Foundation to spearhead our Community Development initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, media, and local communities in Bali.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute Community Development programs that align with organizational goals and address local needs.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, media outlets, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and partnership negotiations to secure resources for foundation projects.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and implementation of foundation programs, ensuring measurable impact and sustainability.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the foundation, representing its mission in public forums, media interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report outcomes to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify the foundation’s reach through storytelling, campaigns, and digital engagement.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization, aligning business practices with community benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in stakeholder relations, community development, or corporate social responsibility (CSR), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with government, media, and community organizations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of sustainable development, social impact metrics, and ethical business practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
