Responsibility
- Oversee and approve accounts payable vouchers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Review and validate journal vouchers to maintain precise financial records.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations to monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies.
- Supervise billing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA or CFA certification is a plus).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and healthcare industry financial standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
- Experience working in multinational or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
