Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
