Responsibility
- Perform daily financial administration tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Conduct monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, including vendor payments and customer billing.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Track and monitor order fulfillments, ensuring alignment with financial records and inventory systems.
- Assist with taxation compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and annual corporate tax filings.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role (retail industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of AR/AP processes, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify financial discrepancies.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
