As part of our global finance team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sales order creation, invoicing, and cash allocation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Responsibility
- Process and validate manual sales orders with high accuracy and timeliness to ensure seamless order-to-cash workflows.
- Generate and review manual and automatic billing invoices, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Perform cash allocation and reconciliation for accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AR/AP processes and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable or general accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
