Responsibility

  • Lead all visual identity initiatives, ensuring consistency across digital platforms, including website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee customer engagement strategies, leveraging CRM tools, email marketing, and personalized content to enhance loyalty and conversion rates.
  • Drive product innovation through market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social ads) to maximize ROI, utilizing A/B testing and performance analytics.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report on KPIs and marketing performance to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, branding, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
