Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand motorcycle financing business across Bali, aligning with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee credit risk assessment processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., risk, operations, legal) to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to track progress and ROI.
- Represent BFI Finance at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services or automotive industry.
- Proven track record in leadership roles, with experience managing teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial products, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market research.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
