Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end software engineering practices for corporate banking IT services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within the banking or financial sector.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end software engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking systems and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
