Responsibility
- Lead and manage community-based service programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance community engagement and program effectiveness.
- Oversee office-hour operations, including team coordination, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and NGOs to expand community outreach.
- Design and execute training programs for staff and volunteers to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the community services team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in program management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, preferably in Bali or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
