Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of property facilities, services, and local attractions to provide expert recommendations.
- Lead, train, and mentor the concierge team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, security) to address guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements (e.g., transportation, event bookings, VIP services).
- Handle complaints or issues with diplomacy, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local events, and exclusive offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality, real estate, or property management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep knowledge of Bali’s luxury market, cultural nuances, and high-end service standards.
- A proactive, guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceedingly high levels of service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
