Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks when necessary.
- Provide exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English communication skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
