Join OTTOTREE HOTELS & RESORTS as a Facilities Manager and lead the operational excellence of our luxury properties across Bali’s most prestigious locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across 7 luxury properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) function optimally.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies (e.g., fire safety, OSHA, green certifications).
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
- Coordinate renovation and upgrade projects, from planning to execution, with minimal disruption to guests.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and resolve critical issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury real estate sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-property portfolios with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., CMMS, IBM Maximo) and MS Office.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and make data-driven decisions.
